I would say that (although there is drama with them been mask-less), the fans were a big winner from what I saw on TV. I know there is fake pumped in noise, but I believe the 20k fans there really did indeed affect the game. I certainly didn't notice that when we were at Arkansas.

Speaking of which, Georgia's strength of schedule and rep got a nice boost with Arkansas taking Miss State down. They still seem to be the team to be made fun of, but I'd say there's definitely something there. Given more depth, they might be a contender in a few years.

biggest winner was Kearis Jackson. What a coming out party for that young man.

Biggest Loser Matt Landers. From a guy who was expected to finally step up, he has disappeared.

I liked playing Auburn early on the schedule while they are highly ranked. Under Gus, they always start the season in the top 10, and by November have two or three losses. I don’t want to say they are overrated because it would diminish the Dawg’s victory, but there is a pattern. When the committee meets, UGA will get credit for beating a top 10 team which probably won’t t be true if the game had been played in November.

Nobody talking about Kenny McIntosh kick returns??? Or did I miss it somewhere? He's been an eyelash away from taking it to the house several times.

I wouldn't call UGA's sack total of 3 a "loser." Wasn't it just a year ago when Smart was repeatedly telling us that it's not "all about the sacks." He claimed that putting pressure on the QB was just as important. The sacks we didn't get Saturday were more about Nix's ability to improvise or just throw the ball away than about us not getting to him. I'll take 3 sacks and numerous QB pressures, hurries and knockdowns any game. Keep it up, Dawgs!

Definitely agree with others that Matt Landers is a loser -- and I don't just mean in this article.

Nix is fast and shifty. Not many going to run him down if he has a step on them.

I'll say the entire idea of a targeting penalty is a BIG loser.  It has gotten out of hand.  LeCount led with his shoulder.  Unfortunately, his helmet grazed off the side of the Auburn player, resulting in an ejection.  Total BS.  The penalty is nothing but a coin flip.  You play hard and hit someone, there is a 50% chance you will be sitting the rest of the game.  If I want to watch a soccer game, I will (not).
