Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Numbers game: Georgia offense on schedule, but not up to pace
ATHENS — Kirby Smart has hammered home the same desires for his offense since taking over the program in 2016, seeking a combination of balance, efficiency and explosive plays. This season’s No. 3-ranked Bulldogs are not where they need to be in that respect, per Smart, entering into a titanic clash with No.

"Georgia has not been scoring touchdowns at a high enough rate relative to the team’s field goals. The count is 10 offensive touchdowns to 8 field goal attempts."...Griffith. One would like to think field goals are when needed in special situations, not as a staple in nearly every game. I am sure Monken will hoist UGA's offense back up to some metric of efficiency as the year wears on. He has the right mindset and the players to accomplish it.
We don't want to be FGU (that's Field Goal U).
Hopefully our D will put the brakes on Bama's scoring. They will score, but hopefully not like they have been. I just want for UGA to be able to keep up with Alabama's scoring pace after our D gets after them. Very, very, nervous about this game.
