"...could miss the remainder of the regular season." there is little doubt. This was serious.

UGA has suffered yet another blow...we hope Richard recovers quickly but his college career is over. Thank you for the tremendous results you produced as a Dawg, Richard. You are among UGA's finest players and team leaders. You will be sorely missed.

Really sorry that this happened to him. A very unselfish team player. He could have turned pro last year but decided he wanted to come back for his teammates. Maybe he can still make it back for a bowl game or hopefully the playoffs. Get well young man. We will miss you.

Once again, very little information. Was he wearing a helmet? Who was at fault, probably LeCounte? Why would he be riding a dirt bike that late? Did the bike have a headlight? Come on, DawgNation, dig deeper, ask more questions.

He is lucky he wasn't killed. Drivers turning left in front of motorcycles kill riders more often that you might think. Almost 5,000 people per year die in motorcycle crashes. Almost half due to other drivers not seeing the motorcycle and crossing into their lane. Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery for Richard.

Blessed to be alive. Usually those types of accidents don't turn out well for the cyclist.

I used to have a dirt bike, lucky I'm alive. So is RL3. Thankfully he wasn't hurt bad in this one; and because of his grit and determination, he'll bounce back as soon as is humanly possible. Go Dawgs!

He’d had that unroadworthy bike a while and I’m positive the coaches and staff knew how he got around town. Shame on everyone for this preventable, season affecting injury. Glad the kid is ok, but dumb, dumb, dumb.
