James Cook entering game against Florida with 'all the confidence in the world'
For the past two games, Georgia's leading pass catcher hasn't been a wide receiver or tight end. It's been James Cook who has emerged as the top passing weapon for the Bulldogs. He's caught eight passes for 164 yards in the games against Alabama and Kentucky. He's also been able to create some of those explosive

"Bennett is still expected to get the start on Saturday. It will be worth watching how long of a leash Bennett might have if the turnovers become an issue once again. D’Wan Mathis continues to work in practice with the second team and JT Daniels on the third team."
Hey brethren....ETA, tropical storm, heading up into FL this weekend and next week. I hope Bennett has sticker hands than Fromm did if this is a rainmaker tomorrow...it may not reach up there so soon...hoping it does not. Daniels with the third team tells me a lot. He is not healthy. Mathis, I have no clue how he is doing? If Bennett under performs....we will find out...but if that happens, it will be a long ride home, as probably UGA will be behind. Let's not think about that outcome. Let's think Bennett will ...deliver the mail and on time. GO DAWGS!!!
Addendum: Cook could be critical to a UGA win catching passes, plus he can create explosive plays into the secondary as he has shown. Should be a strong day for James. He is exuding tremendous pre-game confidence...a very good sign. If the weather is bad, it will cut down on Trask's ability to launch bombs. Shjould help UGA's short game and runs. GO DAWGS!!!
If James Cook were playing any sport other than football, his comments would make me feel better about our chances. We will be putting a team on the field that is depleted starters on our vaunted defense and a QB that would likely not start on any other top 25 team in the nation. I hope his individual confidence translates into a win for the entire team.
