WATCH: Kirby Smart shares incredible video of Richard LeCounte's final play as a Georgia Bulldog
There were some who might have been worried that Cincinnati was going to get one final play after Jack Podlesny's game-winning final. Awesome! What a player, competitor, and leader. We need every player to be like a Richard LeCounte. Keep rollin' in the pros and stay clear of the motorcycles!
Thank you Richard, for all you did for Georgia football and us fans. Thank you for not quitting on your teammates. Good luck in the NFL. Go Dawgs!!
Richard LeConte. DGD defined!!! Never forget his contributions in recruiting as an incoming freshman that set the tone for Kirby Smart's first class.
Going to miss Richard roaming the secondary. A DGD in the truest sense..GoDAWGS!
David Pollack and Richard LeCounte are the poster boys for modern Dawg defense. Both loved being coached, were class to their core, never took a play off, and played like their hair was on fire! Richard deserves all the good things that are in his near future! DDDDDDGGGGGGDDDDDD!
Glad you got your wish to take the field for 1 more play. Best wishes in your bright future.
Good luck Richard. Gonna miss that #2 savage roaming the field blowing opposing players up. Thank you for your contributions to UGA Nation!
Richard Lecounte, THANK YOU! I am sad to see you leave but also very happy for you.
He is one of the best Dawgs to ever play for us. It was evident from the moment he committed that he loved UGA. We would never lose a game if all of our players loved UGA the way he does.
LeCounte....thank you for everything you did in your career at UGA. I knew if he was able, he would get in the game today even if for only one play. Richard is all about the team.
Thank you LeCounte!
D...G...D.
You can’t ask for a better dawg the Richard .. you will be sorely missed as a leader football player and all around good guy .. thank you for everything you giving the team , dawgnation .. hopefully you rub off on the newbies coming in .. give them hell in the nfl sir
Richie, you're my favorite Dawg of this millennium! Love your spirit! Hope you come back and coach here.
Richard LeCounte, has it been 4 years already? Wow! DGD! Now go get paid!
So glad that Richie wasn’t killed in that motorcycle accident. He very well could have been. Shows what a tough son-of-a-gun he really is. All the best to LeCounte at the next level. DawgNation will be cheering him on as a DGD.
