Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Former Georgia AD Greg McGarity lands new job, takes over Gator Bowl Sports
ATHENS -- Former Georgia Athletic Director Greg McGarity is taking over Gator Bowl Sports. McGarity, who retired from UGA only five days ago, was announced as the new president and CEO of Gator Bowl Sports on Tuesday. Officially he’ll assume the role on March 1, so there’s still time to resurrect his tennis and golf

Good luck to you, Mr. McGarity.
Good luck McGarity.....hoping Brooks get the nod!
Move Ga/Fla to alternate venues between Jacksonville and Atlanta.
Allow UF to take recruits to Jacksonville and UGA to have recruits come to ATL. They can visit the campuses of each the day before/after and attend the game and be pampered at the respective locations on game day.
Hmmm, makes you wonder if this had anything to do with our contract to stay in Jacksonville through 2023 being renewed. I hope we do not continue that tradition. I'd love to see the gators get beaten between the hedges and the Dawgs victorious in the swamp (gross).
When the current Ga-Fla contract expires, Josh Brooks will be negotiating with his friend / former boss. Anybody else besides me think this makes it more likely UGA will just roll over instead of fighting for a better deal?
100% agree. I just finished saying the exact same points to my wife before reading the comments.
And for the naysayers, Atlanta is as neutral as a game site as Jacksonville. Neither is a neutral site. But st least Dawgs wouldn't have to play an extra away game every year.
He's only interim AD. No guarantees he'll be the permanent ad, although it is possible.
I've been singing this song for years. I hope the chorus gets noticed and we can equal the venues out.
