Was a good tournament to watch. Harris made UGA proud. Lot of UGA exposure this weekend on the Golf Channel.

I am from Thomasville and I don't he claims us or we claim him. His wiki says he is from Valdosta, the Azalea city not the city of Roses.
I was switching back and forth between golf and the football game but Harris just didn't seem to 'have it' compared to the other players so I just kept with the football game. Saw later that he had won with an amazing finish. My bad (or good for Harris - lol).
PS - I'm also a Steelers fan (rooting for Chubb though). I guess I should have turned that game off too.

He was born in Valdosta but grew up in Thomasville and played Glen Arven CC. A lot of folks know him and follow him, root for him, and certainly claim him as one of their own.

My brother grew up having to play against Harris and hated it. The kid is amazing and has been since he was about 7 years old. We always knew he would be on the PGA down here in south Ga.
