I haven't looked at UGa $ since my son was applying to UGa back in the mid 2000s, but, as I remember, the profits after expenses go to the school's general fund. Is that correct?

Something is not adding up - gross revenue HIGHER than expected (with ticket sales DOWN) - so how, with one of your main revenue drivers DOWN significantly, do you BEAT the gross revenue budget? What revenue source far exceeded budget? Did we win the lottery? Sandbagging expected contributions?

Based on performance this year, and the fact that 2021-2022 should be more normal, what drives the projected (just 5 months ago) $55mm operating deficit for the period?
