Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Any Tool Fans Out There?
For some reason there's a new genre of YouTube videos that has popped over the last couple of years. They're song reactions, where people listen to music for the first time and provide their reactions and thoughts. They're fun to watch.
Here's a couple from LA doing a reaction video to Disposition/Reflection/Triad by Tool. This is an opus level set for Tool - absolutely incredible music.

@Casanova_Flatulence is your guy! He loves Tool (probably because he acted like one so much)
Check out Danney Carrey's playing here. There are reaction videos by drum instructors who are speechless, if you choose to look. I just want people to watch this first. Unbelievable.
(20) Danny Carey | "Pneuma" by Tool (LIVE IN CONCERT) - YouTube
Interesting. Never listened to Tool before. The layering and unlayering in the beginning reminds me of some Frank Zappa.
I thought this would be a safe place to discuss torque wrenches
This one is my favorite.
Yeah I've seen this one too. Great.
There's an Irish kid that is fun to watch on Tool reactions, but these guys (Ryan & George) are the best!
Does he do reaction videos?
His reaction to his cover being blown is worth watching
What did I miss? Yall finally find out he was a tech fan?
Love Tool and these are great!!!!
Here's an Italian Jazz drummer reacting to Danny's drumming on Pneuma. Masterpiece.
I am a simple person. When I saw the thread title I was going to say give me a great bow saw and loppers and I’ll work all day.
No idea why I would want to watch somebody listen to music for the first time.
I will listen to tool though. I like and appreciate music recommendations.
Tool is not for everyone, but once you're in there's no turning back. Their talent level is quite extraordinary.
Thoroughly enjoyed.
Sounds like it has roots back in grunge. Interesting weight to it.
