Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Good old rocky flop..
Where is the rest of the story? UT athletic department released a statement that said what? There is no follow-up, or conclusion. Who was this written by? Maybe a junior high school student would have been more coherent with the facts.
VOL fans be like 🤣
Vols gonna Vols
Good Ol' Sloppy Snot!
Those two photos below sorta says it all. Those guys are the recruiting dept. staff members at UT and should have had the Vols logo on their shirts or caps.
git er done guys and get us some more of 'em players that we like!!!
Shocking *rolls eyes*.
@plrdawg there is no conclusion as the story is fluid. I do understand readers wanting to know more, but we cannot report or make any more conclusions than what the institution has put out there. The stories involving the alleged crimes and the pending NCAA investigation will continue to unfold. It's not a matter of writing style, so much as it's a matter of what we can responsibly report at this time. Thank you for understanding.
10-4 Mike,, I didn't click on the tweet,,,,and what do you know,,,there's the statement...Sorry
Rocky mess, but Dawg Nation shouldn't gloat as UGA has had football players and other athletes get into similar circumstances in past years. College players brains haven't developed enough yet. Some will try just about anything, most will stay clean through their career. Some will always be asking for a second, third and even a fourth chance. Some should never be given those second or more chances. Every case is different, but there should be a strict standard at every school.
These UT Rocky Flop fans and alumni better get prepared for even further dark and gray years to come. The UT athletic department along with its once somewhat respected football operation has hit the iceberg, sunk to the dark depths of the cold sea and has only it's life saving beacon to be found years from now. Years of pain, suffering bone crushing losses and sleeping at the bottom of the SEC rankings may one day lead to a rebirth of a once decent program.
UT alumni and fans...brace yourself for at least 3 years of abysmal football and another 2 years of slow growth to a decent program. Only then in 5 years will you be able to even think about winning the East and that is a big question mark even then.
UT is the hogs trough of the SEC... Vanderbilt is in better shape today than Rock Flop.. That is the current fate of the Orange fat pumpkins from that backwoods of some holler on old Rock Flop!!!
First paragraph is glorious and well stated. The rest I predicted 9 mth ago. I knew phat phil had shot the bed. He finally blew the place apart. And was told I was being ‘extreme’. Regardless of the new coach, new ‘energy’, their shot is cooked forever at this point. They are now an afterthought.........
