Not quite Erk Russell type motivation, but I will take it. Anything to fire up the players. Erk had his headbutts, and his One More Time T-Shirt. Now, him and Vince Dooley were really two peas in a pod.
Players be like, "What the ______" Is he for real? Did I hear him say some thing about FU? What you got? Maybe I misheard.
This worries me a lot!....what exactly is this accomplishing, other than making our D-coordinator look like a complete idiot?
For one Lanning didnt even comprehend that they all had snacks and drinks in their hands, so doing what he was asking them to do was destroying all of their stuff.
2nd...this looks like "forced interaction" by our DC to engage his players more or getting down on their level to interact with them better.
3rd..From the way some of those guys were hitting the pad AND Lanning it looks to me like e has guys on the defense that do NOT like him....flat out obvious to me.
I see why Kirby brought Muschamp onto the team as an analyst now. Kirby needs Muschamp to rub off on Lanning, bigtime!
But still, as always I'm screaming....
