Hate this for Ratledge, but we'll just need to re-group, re-shuffle, and next man up. We've got plenty of time ahead against inferior opponents to test, re-test, re-shuffle, and try others in his spot. For the offense to produce the high flying passing attack needed and our running game to work in the post-season then we will need a good O line.

    Keep pushing boys!

Hate this. Tate was going to be a big factor in the success of our O-line this season. We have good players but depth is a concern. Can't afford to many injuries across the front. Best wishes full a full recovery.

It sucks that Tate got hurt so early in his career. I hate it for him, and hopefully he can return for the bowl/playoff game(s)

    Lisfranc is familiar….

Is this the injury Julio had?

UGA it seems cannot catch a break with injuries. Now big Tate is out. Kirby said they were going to reshuffle before the injury, so maybe things will work for UGA in the end....they have to. UGA needs a staunch O line to be competitive. I agree, a couple of SEC teams can legitimately test the O line.

FYI..."A Lisfranc injury happens when the ligaments or bones in the middle of your foot are fractured, sprained or dislocated. It often requires surgery and can take three to six months to heal."

I agree with those who say the O-line will be tested, particular its depth. That said, Tate went out on the fifth play of the game and as far as I can tell, we never missed a beat against one of the best defensive fronts (or supposedly one of the best) in the country. The coaches will know for sure after they see the film, but by the old eye test, they still looked good. Remember, all of these guys were battling for playing time BEFORE the season started, so I don't think there's that much difference between some of them.
