Redshirt freshman Arian Smith had just one catch for six yards in Georgia’s win over Clemson.

If this young man continues to work hard on special teams, as he obviously has, he’ll earn his “stripes” soon enough. It’s refreshing to see young men do what some may see as mundane, get out there and get after it when the opportunity arises. The cream will always rise to the top! Go Arian and Go Dawgs!
It is good to see this. It is now all on the receiver coach to develop him into a contributing offensive player. If we observe what Saban is doing he has changed the player profile of his receivers to put greater emphasis on speed. He wants to put two receivers on the field that can blow the top off the defensive secondary.
Appreciate the attention to his truly impressive contributions. Making a team start inside the ten yard line is a very big deal. Especially so with a defense like Clemson faced.
Go, Dawgs!
That was a great read, thank @Kconnorriley . Great perspective on his contributions vs Klem and his development. Can't wait to see him break out on offense!
Can we at least target Arian Smith with 8-10 passes this Saturday. Being a special player on the punt return team is great, but we need a receiver to get the defense to respect the passing game,
