Winner: Todd Monken, with all of the injuries, he has successfully turned chicken p o o p into chicken salad with this offensive production.

love a win anyway we can get it but seemed like our offense still lacks consistency in the chemistry dept. can’t tell if it’s wrong read or route but we had too many balls hitting the grass with no one around.

The Freshman Receivers look very good, not to forget Ladd Mcconkey also had a good catch. But the offense will need Darnell Washington and Dominick Blaylock back and for the rest of the injured receivers to get back to 100%.

Georgia has a chance to have a dominating offense, but the O-line will need to show continued improvement and all the injured receiver's save for Pickens will need to be game ready for the offense to reach it's potential.

If Pickens can get back to 100% in 2021 that would be a huge bonus.

Yes, the last :32 of the first half were a thing of beauty!

Vann was a handful for our secondary, but I thought the defense did a pretty good job of covering him. Most of his deep catches were contested and a couple broken up. We need to cover better, but if I remember correctly from 2020, our "elite" secondary with LeCounte and company got burned pretty badly against elite receivers from FL and Bama. Can you say "wheel route" ad nauseum?!! Our secondary will grow and improve...and be tested more in October.

I didn't understand the play calling by MOnken that lead up to the punt that pinned SC at the goal line leading to a great 32 seconds. We had the ball with a couple of minutes left and had good field position and went into run mode for 3 straight plays failing to pick up the 1st down. I don't know if that was Kirb'ys deal telling Monken not to risk anything going into the half, but it was like someone fell asleep at the wheel, even the announcers called it out. Sometimes it's almost like we know we can score if we pass it but we'd rather prove to ourselves we can jam it down their throats with the run and we rarely do.

Pray tell what is the betting line on the game against Vandy this Saturday, The Dawgs just missed the line against SC by 4 points? WE owe Vandy big time, the way they disrespected the Dawgs last season. They prevented the Seniors from tying a record for most wins . I hope we hang a score of 70-0 on them. The problem though is Kirby doesn't coach with meanness. Beat em and beat em bad.
