- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I'm way more of a CFB fan than I am basketball. However few have had as much of an impact on the sport they cover from the press box. Plus cancer is a bi-otch. Wish him well in his treatment and recovery.

I met Vitale in the Atlanta airport in 1995. He was at the peak of his career and celebrity at the time. And he couldn't have been more friendly and gracious. Great guy. Beautiful human being.
