I'm glad to hear Kirby gets it. Florida is dangerous.

They are also losing a lot of games.

    They're still dangerous.

    Go, Dawgs!

They may be struggling, but we'll still get their best. It's time to crush them. Go Dawgs!

Explosive?? He does realize that they are averaging like 7 yds per attempt passing and all of them are averaging under 5yds per attempt rushing right? And that is against less than good competition.

They are gonna get boat raced this weekend. They get going by running and throwing deep off the run. News Flash: THEY CANT RUN ON US SO THE DEEP SHOTS ARENT GONNA BE EFFECTIVE.

Here’s the thing with regards to their offensive production…. Alabama (who is ok but still extremely mistake prone) is the best defense they have played - and bama played their worst game all year defensively at that. All other defenses are awful. We will see a reversion to the means in Saturday. Less than 250 yards offense for Dan and the goons

Make no mistake about it, when the stats being used to define UF’s QB play revolve around total rushing yards and yards per carry, both QBs are running quarterbacks, not dual threat. Very different animals! Both Richardson and Jones have thrown some of the ugliest interceptions in the history of **** interceptions this year.

We won’t even have to stack the box. Our front seven will have those QBs playing behind the chains and we will have four DBs lying in wait for Jones or Richardson to heave their dying quails for easy interceptions. That’s when the game will get **** for Gator fans!

Because of defense and special teams UGA needs fewer total yards to score more points than Florida does on average. But if you look at common opponents you will see that the Florida defense actually held Kentucky to fewer total yards than did UGA and Florida did that on the road. Turnovers and penalties doomed UF so if they can cut down n those against UGA this should be a very competitive game.

Florida will have a presence on the field , we can all agree. The magnitude of that presence is still in question. UGA will have a presence on the field, we can all agree. The magnitude of that presence is NOT in queation. GO DAWGS!

The Dan Mullen effect is puzzling. He's a great play-caller and is usually good with developing QB's. Although it can be argued that with Jones having been in the program going on 4 years and Richardson going on 2-years, both seem to still have trouble reading defenses and going deep into their progressions. Both throw too many Interceptions.

Mullen's teams seem to have trouble with maintaining focus and motivation week in and week out. They get up for Alabama and could have won that game. Then they get ran over by a reeling LSU team with less talent and depth.

Motivation and focus shouldn't be a problem this Saturday. I'm sure we'll see Florida at it's best.

The matchup of Mullen's Offense vs.  Dan Lanning- Smart's Defense will be fascinating.

As will as Monken's Offense vs. Grantham's Defense. I think GA has a huge advantage at Quarterback, mostly because the GA QB's are more advanced at reading what the Defense is doing and they're more capable of working through their progressions. It's going to be interesting to see how both teams deploy their Quarterbacks.
