So much time between games can be really frustrating...especially after such an unexpected and devastating loss. Too much time to reflect, to think, to let things mess with your head...At this point the anger, shock, and disappointment has probably mostly subsided...but what remains could be questions and doubts in the player's heads...can we really win against the best? A mental challenge will ensue and is the biggest advantage for the Wolverines IMHO. If we can soundly beat the Wolverines then I believe we have a serious shot at the title...barely win in a gut wrenching, fist pounding, dog fight then I say we'll have our work cut out for us in the finals. Lose to the Wolverines and serious questions will remain about an opportunity squandered.

We will find out how good our coaching, focus, and preparation has been on Friday night.

    GO DAWGS!!

I wouldn't bet a quarter either way on this game. Lots of talent on both sides, and Covid effects are a huge unknown. UGA has a coordinator with one foot out the door. Even with everything going on it is nice to have a UGA bowl game where a good number of starters are not opting out to prepare for the draft.

@Dogman912....couldn't agree more. Almost 4 weeks between games. The FCS has already played their quarter and semi-final games. The final is set for January 8th. There's no reason the FBS couldn't do that. And once we get to 8 or hopefully 12 teams then things should sort themselves out better....thank goodness.

Seems you can tell which team views this game as more important. The one that locked down and recognized there is plenty of time for family after Jan 10th, or the one that had players struggling to get back to Athens.

GO DAWGS!!! Just play your game. One loss don't make you a pretender. Just ask the other 1 loss teams in the playoffs.

Did any of them get their **** kicked like the Dawgs did? Our team cannot be a confident team like during the regular season.
