Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Someone please explain scientifically how a football leaves the QB ahand travels 5 yards forward airborne and 5 yards diagonally(10 total yards) while the QB is being pulled backwards by the momentum of the tackler, if it's not being propelled bythe forward movement of the QB's arm? I'll hang up and listen.
To say a QB didn't have control(out of his hand) means the ball can come straight down or perhaps fall out of his hand and roll forwards some, but a ball out of the QB's hand cannot travel some 10 yards through the air forward magically.
The press were pretty disrespectful to Lewis Cine not asking him more questions
Simple-It was NOT A FUMBLE-Just like Youngs wasn't a fumble then. These Ref's **** -Look at the number of penalty's called against Ga. vs Bama.
I have a question. On Stet’s “fumbled” forward pass, the ref went to review saying it was either a fumble or an intentional grounding call. No flag had been thrown to my knowledge. Can review be used to call grounding if no flag had been thrown? Can review be used to pickups flag?
I am more interested in the kick catching interference no-call vs call.
I agree... when I heard the ref say that, BEFORE the review, I'm like whaaaat?? Go Dawgs!
I recall thinking the same thing... another head-scratcher? Go Dawgs!
Regardless of SB's tough talk leading into the NC game , I thinks his tears showed what enormous pressure he felt to get it done.
I think that’s gonna be closer to 7 yards based on hypotenuse if a triangle. But I hear ya. Lol
There’s still unexplained questions about this…. Before they reviewed Bennett’s fumble, the ref announced that if it was ruled to be a pass, it would be intentional grounding.
If so, why wasn’t Bryce Young called for intentional grounding on the fourth play of the game? Young’s pass went LITERALLY directly into the ground.
If being hit by a defender negated an intentional grounding call in Young’s case, why wouldn’t being hit by a defender negate it in Bennett’s case?
I’m still angry about all this.
And no one is mentioning the BAMA TE shoving down our defender on his rump so he could make the TD catch.
ACC and SEC crews have had spotty records this year. Given the consequences of these playoff games, the CFP needs to hire full time professional officials.
Very nicely done.
Go, Dawgs!
