    Yep, successful coaches at successful programs are either going to get big raises or you are basically asking them to leave. No raise after winning the NC means "go somewhere else if you want, we don't care about you and we can likely do better".

    Coach Tray deserved that and more. He’s also been a great recruiter in addition. Hope he stays at UGA for quite a while !! Go Dawgs !!

    Maybe KS believes he can make an upgrade. Just because they were on the staff this year, doesn't automatically mean they deserve to be on the staff next year. Plus, some guys may be getting overpaid at their new job. More power to them if they can get it. The Dawgs move on!
