Bauerle was UGA's most celebrated swimming coach. He will really be missed. A legend. Enjoy your well-earned retirement, Jack.

    H. Walker's stats, measurables and heart are all timeless.

He was a man among boys and it would be the same today if he was a freshman coming in.

Anyone that does 1000 sit-ups and an equal number of pushups a day (and still does!) would have no problem in today's game!

    Greatest player in my lifetime!

Does he have another year of eligibility?

Never seen a man that big run that fast. Heart and soul!

Great interview. It brought back memories of our pre-workout speeches he used to give us while sitting in the bleachers in Stegman Hall (AKA The Dungeon). I had the privilege of swimming under Coach Bauerle. I'm very happy for him to retire, but it will be a tremendous loss for Georgia. Thanks for all you did for all of us throughout the years.
