Unfortunately for the dawgs. The rankings are only part of it. Alabama and Texas AM have huge viewing numbers when it comes to ratings not rankings

Light it up!! I would love to see another night game like the Notre Dame game Sanford all lit up. What an adrenal rush that was between the 3rd and 4th quarters. Maybe we could pay off the 2023 Ball St. game and bring in Michigan (they would have to pay off UNLV on the same day). We would have to get them to play at Sanford and play a future at Ann Arbor. If not, then maybe Ohio St. Just dreaming here.😎

There is no conspiracy here. Certainly, Kent State nor Samford were going to be 7pm Prime-time games. Could the away game @ Carolina been one? Maybe, but that wouldn't have helped Georgia fans and it didn't exactly become a close game. Missouri was selected as a 7:30pm, so it was just the way it went with Home and Home. Will Auburn be one? Probably as will much of the future games.

And yes, despite what people say, Alabama plays Noon games every year. Heck, the Texas game was a Noon game and it wound up being a close game.

A 3:30 start for Auburn wouldn't be awful. It will be getting dark by the end of the 3rd quarter and they will be able to rock the light show then. As long as it is not a noon start...

80s kid, here. I have no problems with day games. They were ALL day games, before lights installed. If you're from out of town, night games ****. You can't leave the stadium until midnight and you might be in traffic, for 30 minutes, before you can actually start your trip home. Day games rock, for the geezers, like me.
