RIP Loretta Lynn
The coal miner's daughter passed away at the age of 90. A sad day for me. I always loved her songs.

Oh, man....that is such a downer. She was an incredible talent and will be sorely missed.
Thankfully, her songs and legacy will live forever!
My favorite ?: "You ain't woman enough to take my man" just loved the spit and fire in that song!!
Wow! Didn't know she was 90.
Jerry Clower told a story of how country he was (and he was!) and all the things he did growing up in the country.
But he said that next to Loretta Lynn, he was a city slicker.
God rest her soul!
Coal Miners Daughter. Great movie.
**** Spacek was fantastic.
Indeed. Her accent was spot on, even when singing.
And Sis.sy Spacek (Loretta Lynn) and Beverly D'Angelo (Patsy Cline) both sang all the songs in the movie.
They both paid such tributes to their characters by their acting and singing! Just Amazing!
Oh how very sad. I really loved listening to Miss Loretta Lynn singing during her "heyday" while at the top of the charts in country music. Rest in peace sweet lady.
A long life, lived her own way. RIP
She was a great talent and had a heck of run ! R.I.P
R.I.P Loretta. 🙏🏼 for her family.
