Spurrier quit on South Carolina, it's fans, and players (and yet gamecock fans still see him as their best ever coach). A quitters opinion carries no credibility with me.. Who on DAWGNATION cares what he has to say? Spurrier is still upset UGA knocked him out of a chance for a SEC Title, get over it like a real man..GoDAWGS!

Don’t you just love ignorant people? And he’s jealous because Kirby already has 1 more national championship than he does and will surely win more sec titles than him. Go play golf and fade into the background.

Agree with other posters. His complete failure at the NFL level and disastrous finish at the college level pretty much destroys his credibility, if not his legacy. I don't know why anyone would even ask his opinion or lend an ear to what he has to say in this realm... most certainly don't. Karma personified. Go Dawgs!

The "Ole Ball Coach" is nothing more than a bronze QB statue passing a football on the west side of Ben Hill Griffin....a fitting accoutrement for a swamp! A reminder of the fleeting "glory days" in the land of sand flys and mosquitoes and home of the gators. I hear that a new coach committee has already had its first meeting....."CHOMP, CHOMP"!
