    Dawgs need to be up for Kentucky. It being a road game for them could work in their favor, and they are not lacking in confidence after winning their 3rd straight against the Gators (heh heh:). The Dawgs are still a work in progress and the fans really need to be loud next week for them cats.

    Of course, any road win in the SEC is great, but these "****" wins could very well have an impact when it comes to playoff selection time. If UGA completes the regular season undefeated, but loses in the SEC championship game, given the oft-repeated perceptions about our reg. season schedule, UGA would likely be on the outside looking in come playoff time.

    Really?! The word "ug1y" is edited out?! Bad programming (or settings!)!

    @ShadyGrady

    The committee looks and W-L first, conference titles second and strength of schedule last. The only way a 12-1 UGA who loses in the SECCG gets left out is if there are 4 conference champions with a 12-1 or better record.

    I thought the difference for UGA was the defense. That theory is out the window. It was a shock to see UGA lose the trenches.

    “Resilient and connected” ?? Maybe if the team was coached to play a full game they wouldn’t be in that situation to begin with.

    It was a good game for this Georgia team. They had to overcome some bad breaks - Delp's fumble and the good play- pick by the AU DB that both led to TD's. It was an AU team that had nothing to lose and all the pressure and the crowd against the Dawgs.

    The D is not as dominant and more surprisingly looks a step slower at times, and also seems to be making a few more missed assignments and fails to keep containment against running QB's. I don't think the D is slower, but their communication doesn't seem to be up to the standard. That should and will improve and it better by next week.

    I don't get the Bobo criticism. First year starter at QB and so many injuries, combined with a defense that's not elite and they keep winning.

    The Dawgs are circled atop every team's board and every team will play like they have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

    I'll take the win.

    We need to get a whole lot better real soon, but that's not news.

    Go, Dawgs!

    Absolutely nobody setting the edge on our D. That’s a pretty basic concept that seems like we have not worked on at all. KY’s running game is much better than Auburn’s. Better get better on D in a hurry.

    SmartsTheMan - I get the criticism. On our first drive we were moving the ball and looked to be headed for a TD. Then we run the ball up the middle three straight plays and punt. That’s simply very poor play calling. Defend it if you like, but I thought it was just plain thoughtless to run it up the middle three straight plays. At least run the the pitch sweep once or a quick pass.
