Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

    PG, for me the one superstar for staying asleep is magnesium. Taken just before bed, t helps me stay asleep and wake up refreshed, as opposed to the zombie feeling some meds and herbs can give you. Check with your doctor, as always. I think it is safe unless you have kidney problems. If you try more it can also affect your regularity.😉Be advised, some people swear by different forms, and you can search and read more than you want to about it. Here is a good link on it. It works for a lot of people, but sometimes it takes a good bit to bring your levels up. As you can read below, the tolerable upper level is 350mgs/day.

    Funny you mention this. My wife recently recommended magnesium (she read something about it helping sleep). I told her it sounded like hocus-pocus…but I think it does work.

    just read the label and make sure it is "highly absorbable" below is a mag citrate better than the mag oxide
