Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Royal flush?
I don't speculate on what another man is holding 🤣
PG, for me the one superstar for staying asleep is magnesium. Taken just before bed, t helps me stay asleep and wake up refreshed, as opposed to the zombie feeling some meds and herbs can give you. Check with your doctor, as always. I think it is safe unless you have kidney problems. If you try more it can also affect your regularity.😉Be advised, some people swear by different forms, and you can search and read more than you want to about it. Here is a good link on it. It works for a lot of people, but sometimes it takes a good bit to bring your levels up. As you can read below, the tolerable upper level is 350mgs/day.

Funny you mention this. My wife recently recommended magnesium (she read something about it helping sleep). I told her it sounded like hocus-pocus…but I think it does work.
just read the label and make sure it is "highly absorbable" below is a mag citrate better than the mag oxide
Quit watching Netflix and your sleep pattern will improve.
Some things that help me sleep at night:

Btw, I've tried 3-5g mg Melatonin, Advil PM, etc. as sleep aids before, but they leave me with a headache and feeling groggy the next day, thus I avoid taking them.
Have you tried the Shao-Lin sleep routine from Master Bai Shun? 😉
Do you ship? 😁
Oh you said Bai Shun thought you said 74 Suns
I have discovered that my sleep issues come in cycles. I'll sleep great for a couple months, then I'll have 2 weeks of garbage sleep. Then suddenly it's back to normal. Melatonin has helped. We bought a new Sleep Number bed. I think that has helped also. Our old mattress was probably over 10 years old.
have you had a sleep study. Maybe you have sleep apnea
I do. Been wearing a CPAP for about 13 years.
yeah that’ll do it
