What about Chauncey Bownen as a scholarship RB, Chip?

I'll wager one thing…Gannon can run! Maybe not like Garrison, but he has the genes.. Interesting to see how he does as a UGA RB with 11 RBs.

I remember when Garrison came out of that great winning program at Lincolnton—I was ecstatic about him signing with us—and he was everything I thought he would be—DGD!!

If I'm figuring correctly, Gannon has 3 years to work on becoming a DGD, like his dad……if he is only half as good, he'll be a scholarship NIL wealthy starter…..as I mentioned in another post, Gannon processes that "mysterious" quality….. mature predilection to personal success. To determine this characteristic you look at family and coaches. Gannon scores big…..athletic supportive family that exemplifies a culture of successful achievement and coaches that can attest to a "hungry" work ethic. Gannon, welcome and best wishes continuing the DAWG tradition of walk-ons and little stars becoming DGD 1st and 2nd rounders!
