One of Georgia’s most prominent support staffers is expected to depart the program just before the start of fall camp, as Matt Zenitz of 247Sports reports that Georgia assistant athletic director/director of football operations Neyland Raper is expected to leave for a job with the Big 12.

    There are so many "behind the scene" folks that are absolutely integral to the smooth operation of Georgia football and Georgia athletics……nameless "heroes" without which The Best Coaching staff in college football would be bogged down and quickly bankrupt. Neyland Raper will be missed, but, just like the wealth and depth of The Dawgs, our behind the scene folks are just as loaded and biding their time waiting for that golden opportunity ! I don't know Mr Raper, but I wonder why he decided to move from the Mt Everest of college football to the Big Twelve?……just asking for a my friend here in Tucson.
