    Two questions for @MikeGriffith

    1. Should we consider Branson a home-run threat, too? He's nearly as fast as Trevor (at least before his injury) and has the strength to break second-level tackles.
    2. If the D & O seem evenly matched, does that make you more confident in the defense? I ask because most of that have thought since the spring that our offense is strong at every position, but some have questioned our strength at various defensive positions.

@CandlerPark Branson is not close to Etienne or Frazier at this point in his comeback — at least, watching drills, he lacks the same sort of quickness and explosion to this point.

@CandlerPark On the offense and defense, very hard to judge without knowing the coaches' intent when they script scrimmages and change up personnel. I wouldn't read too much into it — coaches are looking to create certain situations to establish personnel groupings and optimal schemes, more so than "win" the scrimmage against the opposing unit.

Inconsistent play is an indication that leadership amongst the players is not where it needs to be or where Kirby expects it to be. After much success the last few years & millions of dollars in cash, cars, jewelry, clothes, housing, etc… being thrown at these very young men, they are missing the Junkyard Dawg appetites that lead to the desire to dominate on the field. Maybe with all the success & money, they have gotten too big for their silver britches! Both sides better wake up. With the most difficult schedule in the country this year, things could get **** very quickly!
