On Mykel Williams injury, the NCAA has got to treat these chop blocks like targeting. They almost always end in an injury that causes the player to miss games. They should eject the player that commits the chop block just as they do targeting. These blocks can end careers or seasons. I understand the need for the targeting rule, but you rarely see anyone injured when targeting is called whereas it seems 95% of chop blocks result in injury.
