Ga is better in these areas: RB's, O'Line/TE's/ LB's and DB's with QB slight edge to Georgia. Texas may have edge in D'Line, but don't really know that fact for certain.

Texas still has to play Oklahoma and Texas A&M. Harbaugh left the cupboard bare at Michigan.

We may be about even now, but I honestly do think Texas will have the advantage playing us in Austin. The way their offense and defense throttled an above average Michigan team was impressive. Otherwise, talent stacks up pretty similarly between the two teams, and even with Texas's starting RB out with injury they just plugged and played other RBs who did great. Although I would give the WR edge to Texas and the RB edge to the Dawgs. It will be a close matchup and will probably come down to the LOS (as always in games like this) and turnovers. What I am most interested in seeing is the game plans and adjustments between Sark and Bobo. Two potential Heisman QBs and high powered offenses. Who dials up the most effective attack?

Texas is a good team but the Michigan team they played was overrated. Just let the season play out and usually around the 6th or 7th game we will know who's for real and who's not. Go Dawgs!!!

ThIs Saturday, should bring back memories of G-Day Games past.....With Beck driving the Black Team. It'll look like the Red Team [2nd Team] vs the Black Team [1st Team].…only, more lopsided, cause BVG doesn't have a starting cast. He's surrounded by guys that barely registered interest from Kirby's recruiting force....IMO.

It's askin' a lot...to have UGA play this one close....even on purpose. Lol

IMO....UGA wins by 28 points. 17 to 21 points off of turnovers, alone.

That's just it, Michigan is no longer an above average team. Clemson's D is MUCH better than Michigan's, and after the Dawgs Oline tenderized them a bit it was lights out. Dawgs will win at Bama AND Austin. Can't wait.

Texas is the best looking team so far.

LoL...good thing for The Dawgs...they aren't in a beauty contest. They can crush you like a boa'conda or strike from all directions at once, like a swarm of Tracker-Jackers. Lol...the Dawgs locker room is filled with mystical creatures having all sorts of aerobic powers.

IMO...Kirby could give a hang less, whether it comes off as being "purty" to the fan or observer. I think he tries to get the most out of every game...every snap...that he possibly get,...with an eye on the future and development [R&D to the corporate initiated]. It ain't always purty...but, it's pretty much "always a Win"....and, ain't that what the whole point of playing.

What does it benefit a team to gain 700 yards and score 40 points....only to LOSE the game cause the other team scored 41?. Make all the lists you want. Nowadays...a Champion is chosen on the field. Not in the polls. That requires experienced depth....now, more than ever.

As far as the perception....You don't want to know what they put in hot dogs...but, they sure are good, if you know what i'm sayin'. With the portal being what it is...planning for "next year", probably seems like an exercise in futility. Especially, for any school not in Athens.

If Kirby continues on this trajectory...his picture will soon replace that of "Saban & The Bear" in Websters Dictionary, by the acronym, "GOAT". That's no joke. He's breaking some new ground in Athens....not just turning over the old dirt he and Saban exposed, years ago.

Again...IMO...Kirby Smart, along with an outstanding Athletic Department and steadfast Fan/Alumni financial support...have created the closest thing to an NFL Franchise, the CFB world has ever seen.

We're not talkin' a good year or three and a couple of Natty's. We're talkin' a great couple of decades [min] with a self-sustaining player-led business model, that views "Championships" as The Mission and "Elite Development" as the Goal...every day!

It would take a global tragedy of epic proportions.…or, a significant rules change...to derail or damage the "House That Kirby Built". Go Dawgs!!!

    Of course, Michigan might blow.
