Doesn't sound promising for Mykel. If he didn't do anything last week then there is no way his ankle is going to be in 100% football-shape to be able to effectively rush the passer or otherwise. If they push him out there before he is ready then he risks ruining his entire season (think Brock Bowers). Honestly, it may be better to have him 100% for Texas and keep him out for Bama.

Hall won't be ready for a while. Brinson may be our best bet for Saturday. One out of 3 ain't great, but it's better than 0/3.

Yes, by now we should all know that when Kirby says he's "hopeful" about the playing status of an injured player, it's a pretty sure bet we won't see him or if we do, it will be so limited as to almost not having seen him. When Williams went down, the prognosis was 4-6 weeks. I said then that when it comes to injured UGA players, ALWAYS take the maximum time period given for recovery and add two weeks to that so, for Williams, the UT game seems about right. I have no idea about Hall. He might not show up until Florida. I think we may get Ratledge back after the Florida game. For whatever reason, with exception of Brock Bowers (and that was a stretch) UGA players do not heal quickly. Never have.
