Beck had a reckoning out there! Pure performance for him with legs that do the job as well. Pretty quick for a 6' 4" frame. My oh my what a night the O line had as well. Talk about juice. The Dawgs are back….let's celebrate!

Beck was even more impressive when you consider he had absolutely no running game to get some of the pressure off of him. He was truly the difference in this game!

The writer is wrong about Beck having a false start. The rules allow for one player to be in motion as long as he is not going forward. Beck took one step back and no one else was in motion so there was not a procedure violation.

I think the most important play in this game was when CB had the Dawgs at 3rd and 8 to go in the second quarter. Not only did he run for the first down, he chose to use himself to plow and NOT slide. From that point forth, he was in control for the rest of the game. He simply was not going to be denied!

Man, did you see that LB holding Yurosek (84) on his route? Looked pretty obvious, holding his arm all the way across the middle of the field, and when Beck runs by Yurosek he has to pull his arm away.

I hope the Dawgs get some players that can catch the ball when it hits their hands, and also someone that can wrap up a tackle!

I was hoping the Redcoat band would strike up Rocky Top at the end of the game. Just to give the departing, losing vols fans something else to think, and talk about on that long ride back to tennessee. I got quite a laugh seeing all the dejected orange wearing clowns last night on TV, especially the head Bozo Josh Heupel ..GoDAWGS!
