A lot of intrigue and great games remaining on the schedule. Not sure that playing in the SEC championship is worth the extra game. Certainly not if UGA were to lose. Better to get that week off after GA Tech to try and get healthy than go through a slugfest w/AL. Even if UGA beats AL in the SECCG both teams will be beat up from the game.

PSU, Indiana and ND ranked above AL, UGA and MS is ludicrous. The selection committee obviously basing their rankings strictly on record and not factoring in any eye test. After this there is no way that the SEC adds a 9th conference game to the schedule.

Alabama looks like the best team in the country. AL's QB cannot be defensed. The AL OL looks like the Joe Moore Award winner this year. 3-4 good, HEALTHY RB's. A couple of 5* WR's. Multiple effective TE's. And a motivated and talented defense now that they have learned they have to show up motivated every game. They will be a tough out.

might not be a UGA to Atlanta game. But Vandy can beat the Vols!! And the way the gators played last week, they have a shot against Ole Miss

What you say could happen. I don't think it will but it could. Upon further review, making the SECCG and losing, will give the committee a reason to leave the loser out of the playoffs. Unless the loser is a 2 loss TX or favored son Alabama. Any other 3 loss SECCG loser will be out of the playoffs.

I don't care for all the doom and gloom. I want the SECCG and I have every belief in the win and a NC bye. I don't know after that but I will NEVER say I don't want to win the SEC or even play in that game. We are the toughest conference in football and that crown is goal number one. Always.
