Texas A&M room reservation may set you back $100k

Per the WSJ, there will be a lottery held this week.

The prize, the requirement to make a one time $100k donation to the university for the right to reserve a hotel room that is less than 100 feet from Kyle Field.

The reservation details were scarce but the article did mention that it was guaranteed and lasted for 10 years.

The hotel, which will be finished in 2018, will have 36 standard rooms, 11 suites and two penthouses.

The donations for the suites and penthouses will range from $125,000-$425,000.

A standard room entry to the lottery requires a non-refundable gift of 5k while the suites and penthouses will be 10k. Due to a high demand, only a third of the entries will win.

Good luck to all the entrants. If you win, take some pictures of your opener with Northwestern State.
