How Georgia miscues added up in 23-10 Sugar Bowl loss to Notre Dame
It will be a tough film review session for Georgia coach Kirby after the Bulldogs’ 23-10 loss to Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl CFP semifinal on Thursday night.

Offensive line **** all night long! Play calling **** all night long! Kirby, please make some much needed changes this off sradon!. Go Dawgs!
Bobo and Searls have turn a bunch of 4 and 5 star OL's into a bunch of no stars. Let's send them out as a package deal somewhere.
We have to keep Coley because despite Bobo as the OC, he still convinces some decent receivers to come to GA. Now if he can teach them to catch and run routes... I hope Kirby can pull a QB out of the portal magic hat.
Can't blame Gunner
Those tackles got beat consistently.
We have to go into the portal and find some game breaking wide receivers or were toast
We desperately miss Sam Pittman and Matt Luke. It all starts and ends up front.
What OC in their right mind calls a pass play in that situation?? I can understand being aggresive, but the chance of scoring points from deep in your own territory, with very little time, are very slim. Run out the clock, go to the locker room down 3, instead of the 10 points it quickly became because of the questionable call. And I can't believe the man with the final say so (Kirby) agreed with the play call. I guess that's why I'm a fan, and he's the Coach. Kirby knows a lot more than I could ever know about football..GoDAWGS!
Played like texas imo (mistakes/penalties) - kinda got out 'smarted' tonight.
And I love the dawgs. I thought we had this one…..
Is there anyone who still thinks Bobo is a good OC? Anyone with an iota of football sense knew exactly how ND was going to defend UGA- pack the line and stop the run, blitz every pass play. There were plays where ND had 11 players in the box. How do you beat that, play action, short passes to tight ends and running back, move the pocket, up tempo. I believe Bobo threw to backs twice, once for a td and the other on the last series for 10 yards. Move the pocket, what's that?
Fascinating that Gunner Stockton had to be the QB before people finally acknowledged "yeah the WRs need to get better." Amazing. It is as if people were blaming Beck for the WRs being unable to separate, catch the ball or get yards after the catch. Fastest guy on the field gets caught from behind. If he gets to the end zone, that 15 yard penalty gets assessed on the kickoff. And he doesn't catch another ball the entire game.
And are people finally willing to admit that Trevor Etienne, who had 3.5 yards per carry and a critical fumble, was a backup in Gainesville?
I agree was not Gunner. Bobo…yes. He lost this one. Need an upgrade. Kirby needs to take an…honest…look at his offensive staff. I agree again…get Matt Luke back from Clemson. Not so much Pittman. Bobo has to go as well.
Ten points. UGA scored six fewer points on Notre Dame than Northern Illinois did. I’ll see y’all next season.
I understand our big o-line outweighed their d-line by an average of 60 pounds I heard. But they dominated us! The line was a problem all year.
I was very impressed with Stockton's long throws…he seemed to have a better deep ball then Beck.
I don't have a problem with Kirby being aggressive at the end of the 1st half. I do have a problem with Bobo not adding some help on the left side since Freiling was getting beat most of the half and I blame Stockton for not stepping up and seeing a wide open running lane to the left. All game Stockton had opportunities to step up in the pocket to avoid sacks and pressure. Sorry that Bobo couldn't show that to him in the 4 weeks he had to prepare.
Maybe, just maybe in the off season someone can explain to Bobo that when a QB is under center after a snap the running back is nearly full speed when he take the hand off so if a hole is opened for just a fraction of a second that back could get through. On the fumble, Stockton was under center but the linebacker came in untouched. It's apparent that Bobo doesn't believe in lead blockers in short yardage situations. Guess he never looked a game film when Monken was OC.
