Ron Courson, the longtime head athletic trainer for the Georgia football program, will be transitioning away from the role and into a new position as the University of Georgia’s Athletic Association’s Executive Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Health and Performance.

    A sincere Congratulations to Ron Courson in his promotion. He is an Outstanding Athletic Medical Professional and a Great man as well. He has been and still is the Top of the class in athletic medical training. He will I’m sure continue to be a very valuable asset to UGA.

    Why do we have to end with, “Georgia went 11-3 this past season, finishing the season with a loss to Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff.”

    What does that have to do with the story?
