"White has five games and a conference tournament to lead his team back into the field, and WILL LIKELY HAVE TO BEAT a couple of the teams in front of his own to do it."

    Thanks, Captain Obvious…you think?

There inlays the problem, Mediocre Mike coaching his team up to beat a couple of teams in front of us…two odds on that - slim and none. Perhaps he can coach his team up to beat a couple of teams as low as them, Vandy and SCAR.

I doubt seriously we make the March Madness big dance but hopefully can make a deep run in the NIT

I really hope we decline an NIT bid. There is absolutely nothing to gain considering most of the players are moving on after this disappointing season. Better for White & his staff to get started on portal asap…assuming Brooks doesn’t have the stones to do the right thing.

Hiring the coach that Florida was trying to fire was "not prudent." That is a nice way of saying it. Evidently, UGA senior leadership does not want to pay the bill to field a competitive SEC basketball team. That's the bottom line.

My interest in UGA mens BB just tanked until further notice.

… and what has happened to UGA womens basketball? Since Andy Landrum left, we have been on a slow slide past mediocrity into cellar dwellers. Georgia womens basketball didn't even get an honorable mention in the lastest Coaches and AP polls. My how we have fallen. Same with womens gymnastics. Remember the great coach we had, Suzanne Yoculan? Remember how some of the idiot boosters harrassed her about her private life? Since we left, womens gymnastics has also been on a long decline albeit slower. To the athletic director who got so much praise after our football team won the natty, I am wonder what in the heck is going on. Is UGA just too cheap to buy good coaches other than football? I surely hope not. Our university's athletic program as a whole needs a lot of help right now as there are a number of big leaks in the dikes…
