Elijah Griffin hype continues to build for Georgia football: âHeâs the next Jalen Carter'

ATHENS â Warren Brinson knows defensive lineman Elijah Griffin well. The two are both from the Savannah, Ga. area, and Brinson has been following Griffinâs career since the latter was an eighth grader.

Griffin looks extremely talented, however, it remains to be seen if Griffin brings the nasty attitude that Carter brought into play. Carter always came after the players in front of him with seriously BAD intentions.
You should read it before you copy and paste from Sentell's piece (below the headline): "undecided recruit." Just about gave me a heart attack.
"5-star Savannah Christian DL Elijah Griffin is the highest-rated player in Georgia for the class of 2025. The nation's No. 1 DL prospect is also the highest-ranked undecided recruit that remains for the current cycle. (Jeff Sentell/ DawgNation)"
If Griffin is to be as good as Carter, he will need to be one very mean dude. Comparing a true freshman to Jalen is just wild. Of course, we all hope Griffin is that good. Only time will tell.
He has the talent—hoping these coaches can coach him up and hoping he is motivated for greatness—now all we need is another Todd Gurley!!
