You gotta figure that alot of these kids aren't used to being called Mfers by their coaches.

the last quote from KJ should be repeated daily. Some highly recruited players didn’t play much as freshman, but KJ did. Yes he has talent, but they all do. He was COACHABLE!!

Kids in Military Boot Camp aren't used to it, either. But, it only takes a minute to get used to it. Time to grow up...and make the main thing..."the main thing". Lol

Go get em Big Red. 4 years go by quick. Make the most of em and you could be in HOF conversations. Be the best!

You often hear Georgia players mention that their practices were a lot tougher than the NFL practices and that makes a lot of sense. Smart is interested in getting ALL players up to the level to where they will have the best chance to play at the "next level" even though a small percentage will play in the NFL. It's not for everybody and yes that might scare away half of your kids and MAYBE some of them will make it to the NFL but if they were "borderline" or not a 4+ star athlete, an easier program will be more enjoyable for their time in college but will give them ZERO chance at the NFL because they aren't "maxed out".

This philosophy that Smart has (that I'm QUITE sure he's completely upfront about) is what takes those that are willing to "give it their all" and maybe have a shot at it. Even if that only means the difference of a handful of people making an NFL roster vs not is the difference between making more in one year as a 3rd string compared to what you would make in a lifetime in a 9-to-5 job.

You either rise to the occasion or you don't. Period.

A college football, basketball etc… rosters turns over on avg with the transfer portal and NIL on avg about 50% every two years…

We can never go back but I do hope one day college athletics has some type of rules and regulations that will have rules and regulations….

    Go DAWGS
