4 Georgia football players that have to hit big for Bulldogs to regain championship momentum

Thatâs why Georgia canât afford to miss at starting quarterback, or with returning players such as CJ Allen, Nate Frazier and Christian Miller.

UGA’s traditionally powerful defensive front fell to 36th in the nation — down from 18th the season before, and before that, No. 1 in 2022, No. 2 in 2021, No. 1 in 2020 ad No. 1 in 2019.
Plenty of room to move towards the ceiling!
(And not just on the defensive front. Last year's team won the SEC. It's almost a wonder that they did. A great deal of improvement is necessary across the board if the Dawgs are to return to the form the team standard demands.)
Go, Dawgs!
Hiring OL coach from the NFL and T Ends coach from NC was the best news I've heard in months. If your O line can impose it's will, it helps everything. The only think close to it would be when defensive ends take over a ballgame.
Defensive QB
"Middle linebacker CJ Allen is the quarterback of the defense, and as a third-year starter already has the background and momentum to lead his teammates.
Allen doesn’t appear as chippy as Monty Rice once was with teammates, nor does he have the level of talent around him that Nakobe Dean had to work with."
There's still plenty of talent on this roster for UGA to field one of the best defenses in the nation. I think the question that went unanswered over the last couple of years is; Is there an on-field leader that can make the kind of difference that Nakobe Dean made, and Nolan Smith after him? The kind of leadership that these two guys brought is legendary, and it took them all the way to back-to-back National Championships. That's a really high bar when you consider who they were/are, and the level of leadership that they demonstrated. There may not be anyone in the country that can match the value that their level of leadership added to the 2021 and 2022 Championship teams, but if you can find it there's still not an OC out there who has an answer for it!
GO DAWGS!
Just for the record UGA did win a championship last season. I remember the 20 year sec title drought. We’ve become a bit spoiled by Kirby imo
