He was the No. 1 linebacker in the 2024 recruiting class and was a Conroe, Texas native. He’s the type of player Texas has more often than not tried to land under Steve Sarkisian.

    For goodness sake sake, let's please keep this kid for at least a couple years and let him flourish in Athens and wreak havoc in red-and-black. Ditto Chris Cole. Go Dawgs!

    watch his interview! You can tell from his body movements he is nervous, however he handled the Q&A with poise and positivity. The Dawgs have a good one with this young man. Hope he does well this year, but really looking forward to see him excel next year.

    This is high praise from KS. The Dawgs had great leadership on defense in ‘21 from Nakobe Dean and Nolan Smith and Smith and Dumas-Johnson in’22. I don’t know that the defense has had that type of leadership the past two years. Coaches are great, but great teams have leaders on the field.
