My “fearless” prediction - @Mike Griffith after game 3, Griffith will create a QB controversy and hope y’all fall for it.

Not in a bad way, but this is much like the articles written about Nick Saban and Bama in 2015-2018. Pundits attempting to find a loss on their upcoming schedule and relying on the absurd "law of averages" as their keystone. Kirby Smart is a honey badger...he don't care. Dawgs gonna hunt and eat at the expense of the poorly prepared and the overmatched. Oh, we'll get punched in the mouth some, but the talent, character and resilience of this group will provide the exciting results we want throughout our season. GO DAWGS!

    1. I hope it doesn’t come to fruition or the season could be lost, especially if he has to take over for injury or subpar performance without much game reps.
      2. Don’t see that happening with as many receivers Georgia has.
      3. If that doesn’t happen, it’ll be another meh season offensively.
      4. I disagree. A road loss is more likely.
      5. I agree.

too many mouths to feed I agree but if anyone can stack up some chunk plays it’s Branch.

Yep I agree to only because as you stated to many mouths to feed. I’m glad we’re not thin at the position but If we were he might well accomplish that. Heck I hope he does With the to many mouths !! 😀

When your job is to write for Dawgnation you have to come up with something to say. Not sure I would've made the same predictions as MG.

If Puglisi plays a role it means that GS is probably hurt. I guess that is what MG meant. BUT in that case the role would more likely be to play out the string of a non playoff team. It all rides on GS this season.

I do not see Branch gaining 1000 yards receiving. All purpose yards including returns? Maybe. As some have said "too many mouths to feed". My original thought was, Branch is an excellent returner. Unless UGA is going to curtail his return usage, Branch is too small to take a heavy load at WR and returner. Staying healthy will be difficult for him.

200 yards/game rushing also seems very ambitious. The UGA OL has not lived up to their individual rankings. McCray and RRob are not going to be breaking off long runs. Frazier will need his number of carries monitored. His running style is to hit the designed hole at full speed then look around for daylight. Not conducive to slipping hits.

Home win streak has to end sometime. The '25 schedule is a tough one.

SEC championship game all depends on the QB. IF GS call pull off a season somewhere between '23 CBeck and '24 CBeck then UGA can make the SECCG.
