You have a young, inexperienced team? Simplify the scheme. Both sides of the ball.
There were highs and lows Saturday night in Athens, as Georgia lost yet another game to Alabama, but held the Tide scoreless in the second half. Click below to read my latest Junkyard Blawg:

Another game where the opposing QB comes out and torches us throwing **** near zero incompletions for the first 10 or 12 throws, if not more. Offense goes 3 and out with zero creativity. THis is what you game planned for 2 weeks? We knew they were going to throw it against us. We looked absolutely helpless. No sacks, no turnovers. I've never seen the crowd so fired up and we came out and fell behind again and had to play catch up again? The irony is we could have won the game , just like last year, but we just couldn't do it. Bobo looked like a HS coordinator compared to Grubb.
THere were a few times the coaches just laid turds. You've trailed the whole game and now you can tie it up with a short field goal, keep building the momentum and put pressure on Simpson , and what do you do? You elect not to tie it up and you run up to the line and try to sneak Cash Jones of all people out the right side? Seriously? WHy not throw it to him and get him in space? That Bobo is a clever son of a gun. They stop us and all of a sudden every ounce of momentum we had built just shifted to BAMA. Shame on CKS! Too much macho man bull headedness! Not a good ingame manager,
That **** hurry up crap has rarely worked to our advantage and yet they keep trying it. Reminiscient of Bobo telling Murray not to spike it but go hurry up and instead of Murray spiking it and you have to throws to the endzone with almost no time left, we got one bad throw to a covered up receiver. Bobo is cursed.
I feared Kirby allowing his buddies working for him would cause him to loose objectivity, my fears have come true. I'm sure he will pull a Dabo in his press conference. Kirby ,I am seeing, is a good coach when he has the best players and a really good QB and OC. If he doesn't he's not much different than any other halfway decent coach. What was the deal with the time out? I've never seenthe defense look this slow. I head they had a brutal physical workout on WEdnesday or Thursday, Did Kirby work them too hard? THey're legs looked tired.
I don't know what makes the difference in the quaity of receivers but BAMA's alwasy look in a league above ours. Always seem open. We pounded little Williams a couple of times and he held onto the ball, Big Oscar Delp gets hit hard and he spits it up. again, Frazier fumbles, again, our only 5 star receiver drops a sure TD. Just sad. Fla St beat the pants off of them them. Then loses to Virginia. -LOL!
I'm not down on Gunner he is what he is, he's a fighter, great attitude and good game manager, but the optics last night were obvious Simpson was the way better QB.
Sam Pittman just got fired from Arkansas. Kirby, bring him back here to get our offensive line producing what it should.
