3 star? I don't think so, this guy is a stud.

Clemson has been getting their lunch money taken on the recruiting trail for years. They take whoever they can get anymore. Especially if they played HS football in GA.

Teams like Alabama have been taking smaller recruiting classes and saving space to cherry pick players from the TP that contribute immediately filling needs .

What would UGA look like this season if it had taken the 35th WR and #432 player instead of taking WR ZBranch from the TP?

This reminds me of the Jake Pope take. Though at least Pope played high level competition at Buford and was rated over a hundred places higher than Stewart.

Clemson has always enjoyed their success because of athletes from the state of Georgia. Glad to see one of them come to his senses.

I'm sorry but 30 seconds in and I realize this guy is a premium talent. He can do it all. No doubt he would be all SEC receiver or satey/linebacker. That interception with one hand? LHM.

Who is doing the star rating? This young man has the fluidity, eye control, balance and vicious tackling that any school in hope of chasing a Natty will seek emphatically. I hope it is us!

“He’s the sort of kid that can flip from corner to safety to nickel in a drive.”

Or flip from one commitment to another.

I graduated from Woodward Academy in 1971, the same year we beat Dykes High School in Buckhead for the state football championship. Somebody oughta tell Blake Stewart that Georgia is a much better and higher academically ranked university nationally than Climpson. Football is fine for 3-4 years in college, then the lucky may get to play in the NFL for a short time. Then you will need to be in the real workplace. UGA is a much better university on your resume than Clemmons…. Think about it. His parents didn't pay all that tuition for nothing…

Unless Dabo Swinney has changed his policies, Climpson commitments cannot visit other schools following commitment for recruitment purposes. So if that is true, then Mr Stewart must be only looking forward. That's a good thing for him.

Lest we forget, Jordan Davis was a 3-star recruit.

Very doubtful that he or his parents were required to pay any tuition. Private schools are allowed to recruit in GA.

Not everybody is Jordan Davis. Jordan Davis may have been a 3* but he had 6* size and 7* athleticism for that size.
