- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

None of us know for sure what the coaches will do. But having Young back is a positive thing. Even though he’s probably rusty from not playing as @GoodOlDawg stated and I fully agree he’s yet another arrow in the quiver.
Rival defenses will have to account for him they can’t just ignore his presence on the field so in that alone it opens a play for him or someone else. I imagine CY is very motivated as well. I’m glad he’s back. !! Go Dawgs !!
Just to clarify some history on Young. He was Temporarily suspended pending the outcome of legal issues. That has been the posture of KS and UGA on several, several players in the past. It is NOT an indication of being guilty. In Young’s case the young woman involved Dropped The Charges so to the best of my knowledge he was never tried in court, less alone found guilty. I will state right off the cuff that’s as best I recall I could be wrong. But he was assuredly Not permanently suspended so that speaks for its self.
And in my opinion @zonadawg61 is not a coward just a person exercising civility while at the same time making his point. If the shoe fits wear it.
If Young is fully healthy and as he’s been cleared to play I think it’s pretty safe to say that’s the case, the playoffs give him a chance to make his case to the NFL. It’s Not about him trying to steal Noah’s spot but rather him trying to help his team win. So there’s Plenty of room for Both him and Noah to be useful to the goal of winning.
That’s one of the main things I Love about this Dawgs team is they lift each other up Allot, not tear each other down. We’ve seen them on the side lines cheering for their counter part. Even when for various reasons the counter part might be getting more snaps. Kirby deserves Allot of praise for how he instills unity in his teams. Kirby and his staff build such strong bonds among the players along with great coaching that they are able to over come talent deficiencies in many cases.
That’s why the #5 class ( being in the top five is certainly not a failure) as compared to being one thru three in the past doesn’t bother me that much. And it’s infectious it seems as players from the portal seem to buy into the brotherhood aspect fairly quick. Go Dawgs !!
Neither was Jerry Rice or Emmitt Smith (fast). Speed didn't help Renaldo Nehemiah and his football career. There is more to football than just speed - however speed helps. Young coming back is a team victory no matter how you look at it.
@UGADad20 Did I specifically call you out? I did not. I merely referenced a small segment of people here who like to troll others with IMO ridiculous takes. If that struck a nerve with you than you obviously know exactly what you're doing and why you're doing it. You come here with a purpose. That's your right I suppose. I'll refrain from posting a 10 paragraph response because quite frankly I don't have time for people who play games. You do you. Have a happy New Year.
Thinks y’all need to take the gloves off and go at it.

Agree 💯!
You know who was Noah’s biggest fan and supporter on the sidelines based on his obvious congratulatory actions towards Noah when he came off the field!?
Time and time again it was Colbie Young…….hands down!
Nuff said!
Go Dawgs! Hate on Ole Miss!
UGADad20 - I knew someone would mention the Alabama game when I said Young is the best receiver, but that interception is completely on Beck under throwing the ball so that Young doesn't have a chance to even fight for it. That doesn’t matter since it was one play in one game - the facts or stats in this case tell the story. Young is the second leading receiver on the team and he hasn’t played in two months. Obviously, Branch is the most explosive player but he needs space to operate, whereas Young uses his size to create space. I stand by he’s the best on the team.
