Not feeling good at all about the future of UGA football. Every organization has a life cycle. Kirby Smart is not any different from Mark Richt. Both came in with guns blazing and made great strides for about five years. Then complacency and nepotism sank in. The Smart era life cycle is now in a long decline and has been since the 2021 team won the CFP. I do not see it getting better because Smart is too loyal to the incompetent friends he installed as assistants once the best ones were lured away to be head coaches. Smart is starting to have trouble even recruiting our best in-state high school talent.

Kirby needs to turn this thing around. New Coordinators, especially on the Offensive side. You make the money, you do the hard things.

My choice would be Mack Leftwich at Texas Tech. Go throw some money at him and get his people on board Kirby.
