Good to hear. It's still hard to get hyped up about dudes who are more than a year out, though.
Can someone explain this to me:
That first number works out to 10.1 yards per carry.
Does the second number factor in lost yardage, and that's why it doesn't add up?
It shouldn’t - probably just an error if it’s rounded off, that’s 10.2 YPC - impressive. If what was posted is correct.
Sort of makes it look easy!
WOW! My comment was removed. First time that has happened. I just pointed out the math error and suggested better proof reading. I was complimentary of this young man. WOW! So much for being able to comment.
Sorry for the confusion @osmosiphobe here. The math here certainly was not mathing.
The author of this story (ahem) simply transposed the rushing total. He ran for 1,480 yards. Not 1,840 yards. We've since updated the story.
Thanks for reading!
As Herbstreit would say….slippery! Sign that man up!
He is impressive with the ball and could very well be comparable to Zachariah Branch. He's definitely got a motor and it revs up fast.
"Toy" can run, "Toy" can catch and "Toy" can pass and I'm convinced from what his coaches say, "Toy" can block as well…..a CREATIVE OC will secure his DAWG Commitment by assuring "Toy" that everyone of his skills will be incorporated in every game plan….."Toy" could very well be developed into the ultimate DC "Chucky" nightmare.
