As for Georgiaâs final pick off the board, that was Micah Morris. He came off the board in the sixth round. Morris was the eighth pick from Georgia in the 2026 NFL draft.

rare for kickers to get drafted. He signed with the Vikings already.
4 punter in the 26 draft and the two with the lowest grades get picked. BT graded highest and will make the Vikings team as an undrafted free agent…..go figure????
some believe it’s better to be an UDFA than to be taken in the 7th round. You have the ability to field offers and choose the one that best fits your needs.

But more of the top elite players are spread out among more teams. And despite the SEC's dominance in tbe overall draft numbrrs, the results are now not translating to Championships.
You know it's been an off year when more print is spent on the 10 year body of work than this year's harvest. I'm just hoping it's not a leading indicator.

Good point! NIL is keeping us from the ultra elite players. Kirby is betting on developing 3/4 stars over the long haul to get to the playoff each year. It will produce less NFL types, but still 10 win seasons. Now if he can win beyond the first round remains to seen.

I don’t think Thomas having to udfa is a good look on the program for recruiting WRs. His numbers got worse at UGA
Everyone who probably has a different idea on why someone didn't make it. My thought was why didn't a Ray Guy award winner get drafted instead of being an undrafted pick.
I wonder what we do to promote our candidates to the NFL? Thorson was very surprising.
