Given The "TE" stamp of approval, speed, and HS production and that Mr Rawlins has shut down his recruitment, I'd say The Dawgs have a NIL BARGAIN lock on a ….in my book 5 Star talent with NFL potential.

looks like he was talking about his own unofficial ranking and not with any official recruiting site
I like this Kirby strategy, stack 3 stars, don’t overspend, sit and develop, and see if they can develop in year 2 and 3. Now with that said, still need some 4-5 stars but Go Dawgs! (I’m gonna go try that in NCAA 26, go recruit 3 stars at Georgia)
