If true, and our basketball players could care less because they were going to get a big payday, then the game is over as we know it. They don't care about uga - no more dang good dawgs. Just mercenaries. No one will bring old teams to the center of the field to honor them. They have no loyalty, No honor. AD Mitchell was a good example, as he was integral to our National Championship, yet left for more money. So many like this now adays. I would hate to be a coach in this environment. Get all the way to the big games, and they quit because they have a better offer. How disappointing.

They got boat-raced in the NCAAs two years in a row. Blame the players. Very convenient. The players were different each year. What was the same? Hmmm. The coaching? Nah. Couldn't be.

Transfirism, if there is such a word, is rampet in BB more so than football. The fact that UGA is basically a .500 team is all we can expect. Love watching them, but I know the reality!

It’s the agents fault but shhh, keep it secret.

You just found the reason in your response without realizing it. "The players were different each year".

You keep having roster revamping year after year then you going to get these outcomes. No one is buying into the program just trying to improve their NIL stock.

Coaches in basketball are facing this ridiculous landscape at a much worse rate than other sports.

    Turnover...START OVER. Turnover...START OVER.

Rinse...repeat. Its not coaching. It's greedy agents, players, and the NCAA. Money is the motivator. Consistency is found with programs having players committed to their teammates, programs, coaches and success has followed for teams that STAY TOGETHER.

    But....the truth now:

    Winning be damned.

Competing with Duke & the few other big boys isn't realistic in this day and age of rent a players & 1 and done. You guys and trolls can beat on White all you want, but he's the one laughing all the way to the bank. Sad college sports has been ruined.

The NCAA is just a shell of what is was. It's the only entity that has put up a fight to stop the insanity. Blaming them is not only misguided but ignorant.

College sports has become nothing more than a “ Black Hole”

Imo....there should be a non contact order, from the beginning of preseason practice to the end of the season. Applicable to agents, attorneys and representatives of players, NIL & other programs....at a minimum.

If you're "paying" a player for their services....then, you DESERVE their undivided attention....during the season, at a minimum. Just sayin'....business is business and the "players" aren't the only entity to consider, when analyzing "the contract".. What does the University and Fans get for their money?

Imo....there's no excuse for " a loss of focus"....DURING the season, no less. Lol. I don't get some of these so-called athletes, anymore. Priorities are all twisted up. What was evil...is now good. What was good...is now gullible and inept. What are kids supposed to think....when the adults have it all wrong. Lol
